Terms
Terms of use and purchase
October 2026 version
These terms explain how buying tickets, joining guest lists and making reservations through Listô works. By using the service, you agree to them.
1. Who is who
Listô is the platform (the software) that venues and promoters use to sell tickets and organize guest lists and reservations.
The organizer — the venue or production company shown on the purchase page, on the receipt and on the ticket as “Sold by” — runs the event, sets prices, batches, entry rules and policies, and is the seller of the ticket.
Payment is processed by a partner payment institution (currently Mercado Pago).
2. How the purchase works
The price of each ticket, the service fee (when there is one) and the total are shown before you pay. The total shown is the total charged.
When you submit the order, the tickets are reserved for a short time, shown on screen. The order is only confirmed when the payment is approved within that time.
If the payment arrives after the deadline, the order is confirmed if tickets are still available; if not, the amount is returned through the same payment method.
There may be limits on tickets per order and per person. Discount codes have their own rules (validity, quantity, products).
3. Payment
With Pix, the recipient shown in your bank app may be the organizer or the payment institution that processes the charge.
When card payment is available, card details are given directly to the payment institution. Listô does not receive or store the card number.
4. Ticket delivery
Tickets are digital. After payment the ticket appears on screen, is sent to the email given at purchase and is available in “My tickets”.
You are responsible for entering a correct email. If the email doesn't arrive, use “My tickets” with your contact and the order code, or contact the organizer.
Each ticket has its own QR code and link. Whoever has the link has the ticket: don't share it with anyone who isn't going to use it. Each QR code is accepted only once at the door.
For some events the QR code only appears close to the event time. This is stated before purchase.
5. Named tickets, half-price tickets and documents
When tickets are named, the holder's name appears on the ticket and the venue may ask for a photo ID at the door.
Anyone buying a half-price ticket must prove their entitlement at the door with the document required by law. Without proof, entry may be refused or made conditional on paying the difference, according to the organizer's rules and the law.
The CPF (or, for those without one, another document number) is requested to identify the buyer, apply per-person limits and prevent fraud.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Each event's cancellation policy is shown on the purchase page, before payment, and also on the ticket. When cancelling through the site is available, it is done on the ticket page or in “My tickets”, and the amount is returned through the same payment method.
In addition to the event's policy, the rights the law gives consumers apply.
Cancellation requests outside the event's policy must be made directly to the organizer, through the contact channels shown on the order and the ticket.
7. Event cancelled, postponed or changed
If the organizer cancels ticket sales for the event, the tickets stop being valid and the amount paid is returned through the same payment method. You are notified by email.
Changes to the date, time, place or line-up are the organizer's responsibility, and the organizer must communicate them to buyers.
8. Ticket transfer
When the event allows it, the holder can transfer the ticket to someone else up to the stated deadline. The transfer issues a new ticket to the new holder; the previous ticket (QR code and link) stops working immediately and the operation cannot be undone.
Reselling tickets outside the organizer's rules may lead to the ticket being cancelled.
9. Entry to the event
Entry is subject to the event's age rating, to showing a document when required and to the venue's rules (for example, cut-off time and dress code), as informed by the organizer.
Guest lists and VIP table reservations have their own conditions (prices, times, minimum spend), shown on each page.
10. Misuse
You may not use the service to commit payment fraud, create orders in bulk with bots, use other people's data without permission or try to access other people's orders and tickets. Tickets obtained this way may be cancelled.
11. Responsibilities
The organizer is responsible for holding the event, for what was advertised, for the entry rules and for the cancellation policy.
Listô is responsible for the platform working: issuing and delivering the ticket and recording the order and the payment reported by the payment institution.
12. Support
Questions about the event, the order or the ticket are handled by the organizer, through the channels shown on the purchase page, on the order screen, on the ticket and in the emails you receive.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page; for purchases already made, the conditions stated at the time of purchase apply.
